It is important that the Bourne Parish continues to offer a free musical education to children from diverse backgrounds and different schools.
The St Thomas’ Choir fund exists to support and promote the activities of the choirs of boys, girls and adults. We want to ensure our choirs continue for generations to come singing the music that enhances our worship and that we enjoy so much and that has been sung in our churches for hundreds of years.
The fund helps with expenses such as choir robes, awards, music commissions, choir tours and residencies, recruitment and the production costs of recordings featuring the choirs along with occasional social activities for the young people.
